Payment is due upon registration. Space cannot be guaranteed for any registration that is not paid in full by this date and early registrations are strongly encouraged.
*In response to the epidemic, this year’s symposium will be held in a format that combines online (via ZOOM) and in-person elements, in order to allow participants from around the world to participate in the event. Participants who are unable to attend the symposium in person can join the meeting on ZOOM. ZOOM ID and password will be provided after registration and payment made.

Substitution
- If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you are welcome to nominate someone else, from your institute/organization, to attend in your place at no additional cost.
- Please advise substitution in writing to um_fhs@um.edu.mo for a correct name tag that will be available at the registration counter before 23 July 2021.
Refund
Refund is not applicable under any circumstances.
